an adequate, but not great stay
functionalist architecturefilthy floorrude staff
the hotel have a functionalist architecture, i liked it. breakfast was ok with enough choice.
the corridor floors looked like they had never been cleaned, i find it filthy. staff were rude and very noisy especially early in the mornings. soap was so cheap it wouldn't even lather up.

the room was clean and very comfortable. daily service included fresh towels and bedding changes. the variety of breakfast options was nice. there were very nice cakes, yogurt, and different types of bread.
The tv had locked usb and hdmi ports. This meant i could only watch german, czech, and russian news. it would have been nice to connect an external device.

the hotel is close to many forms of public transportation. buses and trams pass right by the hotel. several shops, buffet restaurants, and coffee shops are nearby.

an open buffet breakfast was available every morning. the breakfast options included a sufficient and nice variety of foods. the imperial cafe is also located very close to the hotel.

the staff was friendly and very helpful . alexandr was especially helpful, i commend him for his kindness. i appreciated the assistance i received.

the location is quite convenient with trams stopping right outside. i found the staff to be helpful with directions. my room, a single room, had sufficient space for my needs.
the gym requires an extra fee for access, which i found a little inconvenient.

The breakfast was great (especially the scrambled eggs!). the location was very convenient. I could easily walk to several attractions. the room was large. It provided plenty of space to relax after a long day.
the fan i had in the room did not fully cool the space, especially during warmer parts of the day.

the hotel is close to a bus station that goes to other countries, offering easy access to international travel (i love this!). it is also within walking distance to famous local landmarks making local sightseeing easy.

this hotel has a good location near public transport. i could get around the city easy. the breakfast had a lot of options and all was delicious, especially the cakes it did have. the staff, especially alexandr, was nice and helpful with directions and everything else i needed.
the room had very little storage space. i had a hard time finding room for all my things. the ventilation in the room wasnt good and i had to keep the window open all the time. the fridge light bothered me when i was trying to sleep at night, it was very annoying.
